I put DD2 in bed with no diaper. *facepalm* I really hope it works out. Really. Really. I'm so tired of dealing with diapers and I need her to be diaper free by the end of July. Well, need is a little strong, I admit, but it would make life so much better.

In other other news, my teeth looked fine and I still hate Home Depot.

How about if I just talk about potty victories?:) I think DD2 has mastered the daytime potty experience. She has asked to go to bed in big girls panties, but I'm just not there yet. We took the girls to the beach and they were exhausted. DD2 fell asleep on the way there, so that was good because she only slept about 20 minutes and was energetic for the rest of the day but still had no problem falling asleep ( Read more... )

I finally bit the bullet and made DD2 go without a diaper this afternoon.  I have gotten her to pee twice in the potty.  The second time I put her on the potty, she told me she didn't have to go, but then moments later she peed a little on the floor.  This is where I think we finally have good news; she peed a little and was able to stop!  I then ( Read more... )

I feel like the only thing I should post for today is that DD2 has been in panties all day with no accidents.  I even took her out of the house with panties.  Man, that feels like a leap of faith.  *crosses fingers*  So far, so good ( Read more... )

I made my swedish meatballs and got my two loads of laundry put away, so that in and of itself would be enough, but
DD2 hopped up on the potty all by herself and pooped!  Hurray!

I was thinking about organizing the linen closet, but realized in pretty short order that it seemed overwhelming, so I shut the door on that project for now:)
